FERRETSA SA guarantees to the buyer that the products sold under the name FERRETSA SA are free from manufacturing defects and material defects, under normal use, regular service, and maintenance during the lifetime of the building in which they were originally installed.

EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by improper or incorrect installation, inappropriate or lack of maintenance, excessive wear, misuse, abuse, accident, unauthorized service, or use with unauthorized products or parts. Additionally, it does not cover product deterioration due to rust, saline attacks, extreme conditions, damages resulting from improper maintenance, cleaning, use of solvents or other particularly aggressive substances, abuse, alteration, accident, or natural disaster.

This warranty applies only to the functionality of the products and does not cover the finish of the products.

FERRETSA SA will not be responsible for incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.

Returns of products for repair or replacement at the factory are not accepted unless such return has been previously approved by FERRETSA SA through authorized distributors. To make this warranty valid, present your product with the original packaging and your dated purchase receipt at the place of purchase.

FERRETSA SA, through the store where the product was purchased, agrees to replace it at no cost to the consumer, provided that the product is returned in poor condition following the procedure established in this warranty.

All defective parts of the product replaced under this warranty will become the property of FERRETSA SA.
